Hello and welcome to my blog!!! I have often been asked about my health and fitness journey but have never been able to fully share my story without going on a tangent. I have struggled with weight, diet, fitness, and body image my whole life. I want to share ideas for workouts, recipes, and anything else that has been a struggle for me.
